how are things?

thanks for the emails and the love. thanks for the prayers and the support. it really helps.
i was sick on friday, i had the 24 hour flu throwing up and the other end stuff too AKA #3...
i slept almost all day, and a brother from our branch sat in our house the whole time. my companion wouldnt let me work even though i wanted to. im better now though.

things are great. we have so many baptisms planned for Aug. we are doing better as i said, but still, im glad that this transfer is half over already.

oh man the ppl here love the amerian music so i hear so many of my favorite songs. i love it.
well, not much to report on sorry,

we are teaching one brother who has been smoking for over 30 yrs. we told him we would like him to cut bak and try to stop in one month. he sid no problem, he could do it in one day. i thought FAT CHANCE right 30 yrs and to stop cold turkey in 1 day.... he showed me. that night he stopped. he keeps the pack he was smoking on his counter/ table/ nightstand thing. he is so prepared. he will be baptised sooon.

today we played basketball again, and i was workin them. my comp from the mtc and i played 2 on 2 with the zone leaders and we killed them. i was sinkin 3s all day!!!

my first day here i had hot coco and i was sweating so bad, but now when i have it i dont even get hot. i have goten used to the heat here.

Colt, hang in there. keep going strong. i love you man. i sent you a letter, it should get there pretty fast cuz the lady in the post office is pretty much in love with me, i think its cuz im white though... i have that problem sometimes. i cant help that im so pogie though....
