i finally heard from brooke today it was great. i only have 3 weeks to get all the tagalog i can outta my teachers. today we have 2 out of 4 districts leaving. im sad but happy. i wanna visit them after my mission. i will never forget them and the way they treated me. i really do love them. since the zone leaders are leaving today it was time to call two new ones. yeah i got appointed to be one of them. its going to be hard but ima change these elders witht he help of the Lord and my other ZL. we can get rid of all the bad and start off fresh now. we will do great things. i thought it was weird how they dont call zone or district leaders, they only appoint them. it was explained to me yesterday the reason they do this is cuz part of being called to be a missionary is being a ZL or DL or AP or whatever. a missionary is my calling so i can only be appointed to different things. so pray for me and my zone please. we need it.

my tagalog teaching is going great. i am blessed with great comps. they help me keep my head up when i feel like im not getting the language. i cant wait to get to the flips. thats what we call the philippines. the fresh fruits and amazing food. the great people who are so humble. i wanna share the gospel with all of them.

olton and i hung out pretty much all day yesterday. it was sweet. his comp is alright, funny just not as cool as colt and i. i have seen tom and gabe a few times which is kinda cool.
